Franchisees & Regional Partners

USPlumbing operates through a network of company-owned locations and authorized regional partners across the United States. Your service request and related information may be shared with the local USPlumbing office or partner assigned to fulfill your service in your area.

We may disclose your information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request. This includes responding to subpoenas, court orders, or requests from federal, state, or local authorities.

Business Transfers

We will respond to verified requests within 45 days (or 90 days for complex requests), as required by applicable law.

Authorized Agents: You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We will require proof that the agent is authorized to act for you.

Appeals: If we deny your request, you may appeal the decision by contacting our Privacy Officer within 30 days. We will respond within 60 days.

7. Data Retention
